Agency commission: For each property purchased with our help and assistance we charge 3% agents commission on the purchasing price or minimum of 1000 Euros and is payable, when paying a deposit and signing the preliminary contract for purchasing property.
Property management: EUR 300 per year.
Commission on rental properties is 50% on the first months rent.
In addition, 10 % deposit on the property price is required at the time when a preliminary contract for purchasing property is being signed.


Our fee for Short inspection trip (up to 3 properties-less than 100km.) is EUR 50 (per day). This amount will be deducted from the commission due if you buy a property through our agency.
We can provide transportation for your viewing trip in Bulgaria in one of the following ways:
- rent a car on your name and expense
- company car - we will charge you EUR 0,25 per km (more than 100km.) to cover the petrol and wear costs of the vehicle. This fee is not refundable.
Fee for: declaring the new ownership before the Tax Authority
Service and registering new electricity, water, telephone bills - EUR100

The company will arrange customer's accommodation in a 2/3/4 star hotel for the viewing period .This process usually takes up to 7 days and it is customer obligation to cover accommodation fees.

For Company registration, our fee is 600 euros. Our team of lawyers will fully assist you in the process of registration Your company (LTD) in Bulgaria,which takes from 7 to 14 days.

Our property management plan includes cleaning, maintenance, paying property bills and taxes, security,etc.

For the properties purchased to be let with guaranteed rental income we offer our professional help and assistance.
